Where should we start if we haven’t done anything with AI yet?
Take the readiness test at the top of this page: it takes just 2 minutes to assess where you stand. After that, a two-week assessment period is enough to identify 2–3 profitable use cases — there’s no point in buying a platform before you know what you’ll use it for.
Is our data ready for an AI project?
That is precisely what scoping is designed to do. In most cases, a narrow but well-defined scope is enough to get started — you can expand it later. Waiting for perfect data is the surest way of never getting started.
How do you handle data privacy in light of the AI Act?
Hosting on a sovereign platform or on your own infrastructure where required, data segregation based on access rights, and a documented usage policy from the very first sprint. Compliance with the AI Act is treated as a deliverable, not as something to be considered at the end of the project.
What happens to the project if the prototype isn’t convincing?
It comes to a halt — that’s how it’s meant to be. The go/no-go decision after the prototype is part of the process: you’ll have invested six weeks to get a clear answer, not 18 months only to end up with regrets.
